Qi Gong and Tai Chi

This class will offer a selection of movement practices from Qi Gong and Tai Chi. These movements are designed to improve our body awareness, improve strength and balance, while calming the mind in the process.

The movements can be tailored to your body’s abilities and as such beginners and improvers of all ages are welcome to attend.
