Yoga for the Over 40s with Sue
Yoga Classes for the over 40s – Specifically designed for those of us that are in or headed for middle-age!
Classes will incorporate breathwork, meditation, postures and relaxation, aiming to help mitigate against some of the effects of ageing.
Expect a class that starts from the floor to build confidence, moving into a slow, mindful flow of postures, finishing with some meditation and relaxation, and all set to a hand-picked soundtrack.
